BANANA PANCAKES

Cooking time: 10min

What you need:

-1 ripe banana

-cup of oats

-2 eggs

-cinnamon

-salt

-coconut oil

​

optional toppings: berries, yoghurt, fruit

Mix everything in a bowl or blend it in a blender. After that put some coconut oil on a pan and fry them one at a time. So simple and yummy! Add some berries, fruit and yoghurt on top and don't forget your coffee!
