MERINGUE CAKE 
(THE BOTTOM CAKE)

Cooking time: 1.5 h

Oven temperature: 100c/220f

​

What you need:

Bottom:

-6 egg whites

-sugar

Topping:

-whipped cream

-strawberries

-blueberries

-any other berries or fruit

​

Very simple recipe but you have to be patient! Start with separating egg whites and put them in a bowl. Mix them with an electronic mixer and add some sugar to taste. Your meringue is ready when you flip the bowl upside down and it sticks in the bowl. Spread the meringue to a cooking sheet covered by parchment paper. Put it in the oven for about an hour. It is ready when the consistency is hard but not like a rock hah. Let it cool and add the whipped cream on top with choice of berries and fruit! Enjoy <3
