VEGGIE TACOS

Cooking time: 30 min

What you need:

-extra firm tofu + seasonings: turmeric, salt, chilli and pepper

-lentils + same seasoning to lentils

-mushrooms

-onion

-avocados

-lemon

-spinach

-corn tacos

Fry tofu and lentils on a pan and add seasoning. Set aside. Cut all the vegetables into your favorite shape and fry on a pan. Add some spices and fry until ready.  Fry tacos as well with some coconut oil and add all the stuffing inside the tacos. Top it with avocado and lemon. Enjoy! <3 xx
