VEGAN WAFFLES

Cooking time: 30mins

What you need: 

-cup of oats

-cup of almond milk

-1/4 cup of coconut oil

-any kind of flour (I used spelt)

-pinch of salt

-pinch of baking powder

-agave syrup or maple syrup

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl and the rest in a separate bowl. Combine and stir in. Consistency should be a good combination of liquid and firm. Fry on a waffle pan one by one and add some berries and fruit on top! So GOOD! They are crispy and filling. Enjoy xx <3
