Last Christmas I gave you my heart...wait, to who? To Bali. Oh my gosh I would go back in a heartbeat. I traveled to Asia for a month and I spent two weeks in Bali with my sister. It was so much fun, ah the memories and feelings makes me so happy. That is why I want to share with anyone who is planning to go visit the Island of Gods where I stayed, what did I do and most importantly what did I eat haha ;)!
Here are my tips to Bali explained through pictures, enjoy! <3

Canggu:
We stayed in Canggu for 4 days. This little surf town was packed of healthy restaurants, yogis, beach lounges and good vibes. Everyone gets around with a scooter and so did we. I think it was around 4 dollars per day to rent one and I 100% recommend it. That's how you get the whole experience of living in that cool village. We stayed in a hotel called: Echoland and I liked it. Perfect location and price was around 20 dollars per night (per person). I'm sure everyone finds their ways to the best foodie spots but some of my favourites were: Avocado Factory, Organic Cafe and Copenhagen.

I love our outdoor bathroom decor, so cute!

Beach lounges were packed during sunsets!

On the left me eating at Organic cafe, below a picture of the brekkie I got in Copenhagen!

Honestly, the most amazing smoothie bowl and avocado toast art. And you can find these spots in every corner. The picture below is from Bali Bowls and Smoothies, yummmmy!

Ubud:
Our Ubud experience was a quick and unfortunately a bit gross. Because I got BALI BELLY :( We only planned to stay in Ubud for three days and therefore we couldn't explore much. My stomach was not feeling okay so I spent couple days completely in my bed. I was super happy about the vibe that our couple day visit gave me though. I had heard that Ubud is packed of tourists and might seem a bit fake nowadays but it was actually everything else but that. Charming tiny roads and massive amounts of green forests made you soul happy and mind peaceful olomm. Fortunately we had some time to explore the beautiful mecca of yogis and the beautiful nature, but I am definitely going back one day. Here is what we ended up doing and staying <3
One food spot that we tried but I did not capture a picture is called Clear Cafe. The amazing inside decor and delicious meals got my mind blown away!

Tegenungan Waterfall is a must if you visit Ubud!

We stayed in this little bungalow on the left. It was cute but location was a bit off. Well it was $7/night so that will do it haha. Below we found a cool pool to spend a day since our bungalow stay didn't offer that!

Uluwatu:
Uluwatu was my sister's and I's favourite. Relaxed vibes, beautiful cliffs by the ocean, pretty sunsets and of course amazing food places this was just perfect for us. We spent 6 days in Uluwatu in two different hotels. The other one was a bit more luxurious but honestly, not worth it.The pictures might look amazing but price and the value did not match. The poor hotel choice did not matter as much because we rented a scooter again and did quite a lot of day trips! We also saw one motorbike accident so be very careful when you ride your bikes!!
Uluwatu was the winner of these three places in Bali, from out opinion. Here ya go <3 Couple favortie food spots: Suka Espresso, Bukit Cafe and The Loft Bali.

The nature and the beaches were unbelievable. We spent almost every day on a different beach, ah!

You want to have a scooter in Uluwatu as well!

Suka Espresso was our absolute favourite! Omg take me back now pls!!

Me happy but sad on the last day in Bali!

I had lots of expectations of Bali and some of them were negative in a way that "everyone goes there and it is packed of tourists" yes there are a lot of Europeans, Aussies and Americans but it is not overwhelming. It is a beautiful island with some amazingly friendly locals who spoke English perfectly. Not once we run into major problems (even though be aware of mean taxi men who might charge you extra..) I will definitely go back to Bali one day and explore the neighbour islands and the northern parts! Namaste <3
This is how our two weeks in Bali looked like! I wanted to share these little tips for people who are planning a trip there and honestly to myself for the mems :)
xx Anna
